Due to COVID-19 and the operational limitations on our business - we now require payment at the time of booking via our online booking system.  


You 'CAN' reschedule your appointment, as long as it's done at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment and providing there's an alternative time available.

Late reschedules and late arrivals that we can not accommodate as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the appointment value*.

*Please Note: We appreciate that life doesn't always go to plan, so if any of the above mentioned occurs, we will reach out to you to offer you a standby appointment at a later date/time, we still want you to receive the service you've paid for.
